- Confidentiality: GPS is committed to protecting the privacy of users as employees of the Customer, whose personal information is stored and processed in the Software. We invite you to carefully read this privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Software to understand the measures implemented to protect this information once it is entrusted to the system.
- Use of cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored on a computer by an HTTP server to identify a visitor. Our cookies do not contain any confidential information; they simply enable us to perform various operations. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. Use of the Software requires cookies to be enabled, and the Customer and user agree to their use as a condition of access to the service.
- Personal and Confidential Information: When you use the Software, GPS may ask you for personal information to verify your identity or subscribe you. For example, you may be required to provide your name or date of birth. All personal information you provide when using the Software is protected in accordance with federal and provincial privacy laws and any other applicable laws.
- Security of personal and confidential information: You are responsible for protecting your user ID and password. GPS cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use thereof. You warrant and expressly represent that you have the authority to ensure and/or have obtained all consents from your customers required by applicable privacy laws so that personal information may be transferred, disclosed, processed, copied, stored, or otherwise used by GPS for the purpose of providing the Services.

- Other information collected automatically by GPS: As soon as you access the Software, information is automatically exchanged between the computer you are using and the GPS server. The information exchanged includes:
- the domain name of your Internet service provider and your IP address;
- the browser and operating system used to access the Software;
- the date and time you access the Software;
- the pages of the Software you visit;
- the address of the site you came from; and
- the information you searched for on our site.
This exchange of information is necessary for the Software to function properly. The information is stored for statistical purposes and to improve the services offered by GPS, in particular to count the number of visitors, the most frequently visited pages, the technology used by GPS customers, and to offer you additional information related to your use. It is also stored in data logs for Software security reasons. Under no circumstances is this information disclosed to third parties.
- Suppliers and employees: In order to fulfill its mission, GPS uses third parties who may have access to personal information provided by users. GPS undertakes to take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that these suppliers comply with this Privacy Policy, without however being responsible for any breaches by them.
All employees are automatically subject to this Privacy Policy.
- Third-party software: GPS is not responsible for the confidentiality of personal information that is transferred to third-party software that provides computerized management solutions to our customers.
Furthermore, GPS is not responsible for the use of third-party software that you decide to purchase under this agreement, nor for its quality. We reserve the right to withdraw your access to any of this software at any time should our agreements with these third parties no longer allow us to grant you such access.

- Changes to our privacy policy: GPS reserves the right to modify certain terms of its Privacy Policy – User Data. In such cases, a notice of changes will be posted on the Software home page, and your continued use of the Software will constitute your acceptance of these changes. If you refuse these changes, you may cancel your subscription to the Software by contacting customer service at 418-525-3041, ext. 3, or at admin@gestionportailsante.com . The changes will not be applied retroactively, and we will not make any changes without your consent regarding how we process information collected previously.
